Scenehouse would like to thank the following for their help in creating the programme and this site:
Carol Souter for creating our logo and general graphic assistance, as well as wise words on marketing and all things web related.
Robin Mitchell - for providing so many fine images for the site. Many have been cropped and adapted to meet our needs. See more of Robin’s work in its pure and unadulterated form here.
Robin can be reached at [email protected]
Thanks to Chris Scott for permission to use his great picture on the Edinburgh page and the performers of Circus Trick Tease for their kind permission also.

Here are some links to people or places we like, and things we think you may be interested in...
The Edinburgh Lighting and Sound School
http://www.edinburghlightingandsoundschool.co.uk
Offering both a one week short course and a one year “Production and Technology” course. The school has a similarly vocational ethos to our own.
The Society of British Theatre Designers
http://www.theatredesign.org.uk/training/postgraduate-courses
The SBTD is the professional body of the industry. They have a useful section on their site listing both undergraduate and postgraduate courses in design. If having looked through our site you realise you’re looking for a more student led experience that focuses on individual investigation and experimentation then there are plenty of choices.
You have to dig around on some of the sites to find exact details of what each programme offers, but in short the courses offered by RADA, The Bristol Old Vic School and the Royal Welsh College are the more vocational options, and those such as Wimbledon’s MA Visual Language for Performance are focused towards research. There’s even a handy film from the course leader which will give you a feel for that style of programme;
